 Rice is the most consumed grain in the world. Sweet Chow uses Brown Rice, a whole grain containing the bran and germ of the cereal. It is steamed then puffed to retain the quality and flavor of the rice kernel. |

 Is an ancient grain that is two times the size of wheat. It has a rich unique flavor and adds a delicious crunch to Sweet Chow Granola Bars. A good source of fiber, zero fat, and contains iron and protein. |

Organic Millet Puffs
 Is golden colored and the smallest of the three chosen grains. It is a little sweet and light flavored. A good source of fiber, zero fat, and contains iron and protein.
Puffed grain is created by placing whole grain under pressure with steam. When the seeds containment vessel is broken the steam blows up the endosperm of the kernel, thus increasing the size of the original grain.
