    Cream Hill Estates supplies Sweet Chow with its Certified Gluten Free Oats. These are free of cross contamination from wheat, barley, rye and other grains related to wheat.  They do this by using pure seeds, fields and equipment cleanliness. 

     Oats contain dietary fiber, are low in cholesterol and fat. They are a good source of complex carbohydrate, protein and various nutrients. The fiber content of oats is higher than the typical gluten free diet. When adding oats to a diet it is advised to do so gradually, to give the digestive system time to adjust.

     Sweet Chow Gluten Free Granola Mix is manufactured in a facility with the non-gluten free mix. Sweet Chow takes exreme caution in creating its gluten free blends.
